Walking alongside of individuals, children and families coping with grief as a result of significant life changes (death, divorce, move, new job/school, spiritual beliefs). Offering a variety of therapeutic modalities such as art, play, nature, movement, emotion coaching and personalized rituals.

This evidence based program helps those who are interested in a more structured approach to understanding and integrating their grief. With reading, homework and 1-1 individualized weekly support for 8 weeks this program is offered both virtually and in person.

Our hearts don’t know the difference between personal and professional grief. If you work in a profession where you witness or support people through death or trauma and are feeling saturated with grief then this space and offering is for you.

Walk And Talk

Located adjacent the beautiful Pupukea Paumalu Forest Reserve, sessions can be on the move with private gentle nature walks around the property or on the hiking trails accessible from the yard. Movement can be helpful in aiding the integration of grief energy in the body and by stimulating the production of endorphins which help to elevate ones mood.
