This excellent book allows the grief journey to occur by weaving in simple yet profound experiences such as the wind, breath, rainbows, nature, etc. Also helpful insights as to when to consider additional assistance when the grief journey may need support from others. Aloha.
What a beautiful story with soothing illustrations. I am glad the author acknowledged that grief can come in many ways - divorce, etc. even though she uses a siblings death to get her message across. The activities at the end are all proven ways to help the grieving process so kudos for putting them in there. It truly is magical in so many ways.
This is a beautiful book! I lost my brother in April and my daughter and I lost her dad in July. This book is amazing! Thank You so much to the author. I had no idea how to deal with grief, let alone help my daughter deal with it either.
